A: Wear what you would wear to a non-Indian wedding, something formal. The biggest NO NO is leaving your shoes on. You must always take your shoes off to enter a temple or the wedding canopy, so be prepared to leave them at the door and wear clean unHOLY socks. Do try to make some allowances for comfort — you will be sitting on the ground for hours, so avoid a tight fitting suit or dress that doesn’t let you sit cross-legged easily.

Of course an Indian wedding or Asian wedding will have alot of good food so be ready to burn off those calories the next day.
